Blue Screen shortly after start up

I recently purchased an alienware m14x, it is less than one week old, and i recieve a blue screen shortly after it starts up. I have disabled the network conection and it seems to run ok if it is not conected to the internet. unfortunatly that means i cant send an error report or use my warenty
Here is all the information i have:
OS version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
BC Code: 4a
BCP1: 000000007702138A
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF88007A81B60
OS Version (again): 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0

I dont know if this will help any but the files that describe the problem are : \Minidump\080211-18080-01.dmp
and
\local\temp\WER-96564-0.sysdata.xml
Unfortunatly without internet access i am unable to show or see the contents of those to files.

Call Dell and make them fix or replace it. That's way to nice a computer to be having BSODs on.

Thats what i did it took about an hour, the reinstal of my wireless driver, the removal of some windows 7 updates (they caused the problem), and finally it works.
