Help... I can't start my 64bit computer

I have Windows 7 64 bit on my desktop and an OCZ Vertex SSD Boot Drive (C:\) my computer has a second hard drive (1tb Samsung Spinpoint F3) for other files. My HDD has two partitions and one of them had Ubuntu on it. I decided to format that partition the other day so I could have access to it (I needed the space). Turns out I formatted the grub launcher from there and now have no way to boot my windows installation. I've tried Startup Repair. That didn't help. I'm not sure what other information you will need to help me with this but ask and I will give it. Thanks a lot!

ugh, grub based problems are a pain.

Would it mean any significant data loss to you to simply do a fresh clean install?
That's the easiest way out.

If that's an option for you (I'm thinking it is since you have multiple drives)
I would do this
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

then this.
Clean Install Windows 7

You may want to wait for some other opinions. I know grub issues can be solved they always seemed like more trouble than just reformatting to me though.

I've been meaning to get another Hard Drive and and external HDD for awhile, so the SSD/HDD Reinstall may be a very viable option since I could just copy over the files I need and then reinstall fresh like that. Thanks for the reading I'll finish it all by tomorrow.

Replies on how I can fix this another way are still welcome. Could I possibly reinstall linux on the second HDD partition and maybe that would let me boot into Windows again? Since it recreated the files I deleted?
