    Shail if you go back to the Programs and features in Control Panel you will see in the left panel Turn Windows features on or off. In the windows which opens, scroll to Internet Explorer and Uncheck it, OK, close Control Panel, reboot. When the PC is rebooted reverse your steps and check the box beside IE, and again reboot.

    If that doesn't work for you, then please post the requested information from my post above. I'll be happy to take a look at it to see if there is anything wrong, and help you get it corrected if so. :)
