Application Data folders keep going on and on

When scanning my computer for malware with AVZ4 I found this:
Direct reading: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\production\temp\wlidui_WLIDSVC\BUTTON.JS

There are a TON of these entries but for different files. I haven't changed any permissions for the Documents and Settings folder and can't access it myself. These folders keep being created and I have no clue why.

I saw another topic on here about it but that user had messed with settings. I have not. I've also run Junctionbox but my current AVZ scan shows that there's still these issues.

What caused this issue and what can I do to prevent this from happening again?

This happened on my last installation as well.
