Where Do I Find Tools Menu for Creating Boot Drive?

I was given the instructions below but can't locate the Tools menus described:

Choose the menu Tools>Create Bootable USB Drive. The Create Bootable USB Drive dialog will popup. For W7 you need to confirm the UAC dialog to continue.

Are you refering to this: Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

Part 2 describes how to make a bootable Flash drive


Im not sure what program you are trying to make bootable from a USB

Can you give us more information?

I tried the directions from the link you show but got the end of the last step and it wouldn't complete. Someone had the same problem and suggested this instead as is what I was referring to: How to use PowerISO as ISO Creator?

I believe the instructions are referring to the Tool menu item on the downloaded PowerISO program. (See #1 under Step 1.)
