    Windows Experience Index Not Working

ok i was helping a friend with oc'ing his comp and he sent me a screenshot of his experience index. i thought i would send him a copy of mine, however when i reinstalled windows i must of forgot to do it. so i tried to run it and i got what you see in the screenshot below. i went into advanced options and told it to clear the old and rerun. i got that again. i did a search for a fix with no luck. i was hoping someone here would have some suggestions. i have included the winstats.log if that will help. thanks in advance for any suggestions.

i'm not too worried about the themes. if sfc works once i can run the experience index it a easy fix for the themes if needed. 40% now

    EDIT:

O.K. SFC didn't find any problems

Good to hear and you're welcome. :)
Sfc /scannow sometimes needs more than one run to work.
