    Letters and Windows have issues.

So basically what you see in the picture.
That transparency issue you see along the top and the close buttons happens within all windows.
That black out text happens in right click menus mostly (also task manager, run, dxdiag, etc.).
Anyone have any easy suggestions or should I just F+R this?
I haven't done a reinstall on this computer since early 2010.

    Need anything more just ask.

Edit: Additional picture to show the issues. Note the transparency on the close/max/min buttons.
Restarting does fix it but then it comes back every few days.
(That black space bottom right is just because my second monitor is a 19 and my first is a 20)

Hi, YoMaMMa186, open an elevated command prompt and write SFC /scannow followed by enter key and see if it helps.

I did the scan and cut down the log file based on this guide here:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    And attached the log.

    sfcdetails.txt
