Hey Scooter, how's it going?
Well, i surely don't know how that account made it to your PC, or who created it.. but i'll tell you something: check that before deleting it, it contains almost 3GB in files, who knows what's there?
Can you use LUSRMGR.MSC to access the accounts?
Can you use WIN + R | control userpasswords2
WIN is the key with wavy microsoft flag.
Either way or over the normal control panel | user accounts then
Immediately change the password for that account.
Log on under that account with the new password.
Investigate the files present under that account.
After saving off any thing you want there, then
delete all files for that account
remove the account
Always use passwords.
If this is a shared computer, then
never log on under an admin account unless absolutely needed.
Use WIN + L to lock the keyboard anytime you so much as turn your back on your computer.
