Try setting the Bluetooth support service to Automatic rather than Manual.

What do you mean when you say "on my Windows 7 my Devices and Printers keep loading"? Do you mean that folder keeps opening or something else?

The 'Devices and Printers' folder in start menu keeps loading when I open it.

One more time. By "open it" do you mean when you start your computer? If so, look for a link to it in your Startup folder: C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\Start Menu

When the green bar finishes loading, does it discover the printers and devices

Usally when that green bar loads up as you see it, it's generally looking for devices on the home network.

Mine does the same thing, on both laptop and desktop, it's normal.

It never ends. How can I make it stop looking over the home network?

Do you have a home network? Are you sharing printers or files and folders?

    Enable or disable network discovery
