Windows 7: Windows Explorer has stopped working!

Hello

I need help with the right click on desk top and what i have is windows explorer has stopped working.

For what it's worth i don't know how to repair it!

This is on Windows 7 --Home/p /64 based pc
I don't want to do a reinstall if i can! I have to much going on for that.

Thanks for your help,i thought this repair would be easy to fix!
The only way i can fix this is to use what i have on my cpu.

"Acronis" TrueImage" In this case i had to go back 4 months!

I have tried everything to fix this. But i feel that the problem happen when i up dated my Nviaia 240 card.
Before you update your graphic card make a "System Restore"!
