Normally the Quick Launch is located right besides the Start button, but the one on my w7x64 is away from it and the space between the Start button and the Quick Launch area appears to be the task bar where icon(s) is placed whenever program(s) is launched. How can this be corrected? The os is W7 Ultimate x64 SP1.

Step 8 in OPTION ONE in the tutorial below can help show you how to drag Quick Lauch all the way over to the left side next to the Start button. :)
