    huge icons and freeze mouse and keyboard at startup


    hi guy's it's my first post here .:)
    i have problem with my notebook when i start my computer i get a huge icons and taskbar and freeze mouse and keyboard so i can't do anything but when i reboot the computer it fixed . but if i restart my computer it's happend again so i have to start my computer twice every time
    please help me to fix this issue
    my notebook is : toshiba satellite pro a300 running windows 7 ultimate x86, 2gb ram, core 2 due 2.4 GHz

    hey guys i found the solution for my problem i just disable some startup items from Run>>MSconfig
