Computer randomly shuts down or freezes

My computer seems to be running fine and then it will suddenly shut down or freeze until I am forced to re-boot, does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you fix it, Thank you in advance

I am running the 32 bit Windows 7, I dont know my cpu heat right now, but I will find a software to get that, it is a laptop and I can really feel any heat on the bottom or top which usually means its not running very warm.

Are you using the BETA? It is expected to shutdown every two hours...upgrade to the RC or higher. If it isn't than we will need all of your specs to continue

Type winver into search and it will tell you what version you are running. If it is 7000 its beta and will stop working on aug 1

Easy Go to M$ and get the most current build for your system (32 or 64) dl, burn at slow speed to dvd. Piece of cake. If you need more info let us know. Your computer will contunue to shutdown abt every 2 hours
