    Hi,

I can't turned off my computer.

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

    Can someone help me?

Hi, can you be more specific? When you click on Start, don't you see "Shut down"?

I agree. More details would definitely help to diagnose the problem. If you press the power button on your actual computer, does the computer shut down?

Although you haven't given us your system specs, which would help us to help you, there are any number of reasons why your computer isn't shutting down.

It may be downloading an update first, there may be a problem with your motherboard or it may be a driver or memory problem.

To force a shutdown, press and hold down the power button for a few seconds, but then you need to investigate why the computer didn't shut down normally.
