Recently my company began the push to windows 7, yes a little late but we work with the military and try to keep in tune with them. A few of my users received the push last week.Before the push they ran XP and everytime they hit a military site to do their job, they were prompted to insert their CAC card and than password. If CAC was already installed,it would go directly to password prompt. Now Win 7. During initial login, they can login with user name or our smartcard. Either will work. BUt no matter now they login now, when they hit those same sites, their cac info is displayed , imported into 7, but NEver asks for a password.I can select the proper CAC, but it NEVER prompts for a password and just sits at the same screen. Im a little new to the whole CAC thing, only had this job a few months and my last job i left as the cac's were coming into play. ANy help??
