    some confusion about product key..please help


    hi all...
    i have installed windows 7 built 7260..and i have activated it by using indows RC product key..
    now i am confused that will i be able to use this beta 7260 forever or it will be expired ever ???

    It will expire on 3/2010. want to fond out for yourself type winver in search

    Buy A legit copy and use that key. we advocate purchase and legitimate use of win 7. Alternately I am sure you could always google your question

    Purchase it. :)

    You can buy the upgrade versions and they'll work with the pre-release / Release Candidate stuff, though will still technically fresh install.

    Anything like the Release Candidate won't be supported software, so the more time goes on, the more likely there will be security vulnerabilities, incompatibilities, etc., with it that won't get patched, unlike the official stuff.

    Even though it will run through March/June of 2010, it would be good to get to the final thing once it's out in stores.
