Windows 7: Took ownership, but still no access??

the problem is i do not have the security tab in properties , similar to a XP problem

The whole Junction point, (Symbolic Link in Nix) system, is a workaround to allow software written for one OS to work with the folder structure changes in windows 7.
If you look at them as an advanced shortcut you can see that operations that apply to real folders will not apply to the junction points.
