    Explorer query


    Hi Guys,

    I have an 'Explorer' query.

    I have a folder that contains 2947 Folders which hold 31458 files at a total of 406 GB. All files are .MP3.

    Explorer takes a minimum of 35 seconds [ often ~ 1min. ] to display the folders. Is there any way to speed up this process?

    The drive system is FAT32, defragmented and nominal 2 TB capacity. No, I don't want to change system to NTFS and re-install files.

    The O/S is Win 7 PRO 32-bit with Service Pack 1

    Try disabling Thumbnail Previews.

Hi folks, Can anyone tell me if it's possible for multiple users to edit & save an excel spreadsheets over a VPN conection. I have enabled sharing of the sheet but the data does not merge, the ammendments remain unique to the individual users machines. Any advice greatly appreciated.
