Hey Jackel

The oriblem is that the folder doesn't know your the same user. when you copied it from xp the owner is still in xp. to correct it you need to "take ownership" of the folder. Its a pretty easy proceedure. there is a tutorial on how to here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-shortcut.html. If you need help let us know

According to technet. This is a new feature of Windows 7. If a folder's ownership is SYSTEM, the icon appears. Have you also changed the permissions also? This may help

Trying giving users modify permission to the folder. Its seams to do it to to me when Authenticated Users and Users don't have permission to the folder.

See the thread about the lock icons in this forum. its at the top at the moment.
One way to get rid of it seems to be to add everyone to the share with list (if its not already there), then use advanced sharing to un share it and the lock goes away.

I'm already got ownership of the folder and take total control to my user(admin user) but still the same..

Did you follow the instructions in the vista thread for taking ownership?
