  1. There's only one user listed on this OEM machine - JimArch (me)
  2. I have created a new folder: C:\Users\JimArch 2.4 gig
  3. All the contents in C:\Users\Valued Customer 3.5 gig have been copied to the new folder.
  4. Not sure why the difference here
  5. If I can't rename that VALUED CUSTOMER folder, I doubt I can delete it

Did you actually create a new user account to be an administrator, or just a new folder in C:\Users?

Just creating a new folder will not work.

Shawn, very much off topic, but I once read there was a saying in Texas, which said: "Texas law first, Federal law second." Am I right or am I imagining things?
