Windows 7: How to run program in Windows PE 3.1

Hi, first let me state that I don't know much about window PE, I've used BartPE a couple times for HD imaging, but that's about it.



I have created an application with Microsoft visual C# express 2008 (don't know if the version matters to you or not, figured I'd mention it). I was wondering if it is capable of running in a PE environment (I guess it does not have to be 3.1, as long as it works). I'm using this application for a business venture, and I would like to have a back up just in case the HDD dies or something. This program utilizes a webcam, printer, and uses the .NET v3.5 Framework I don't know what complications that adds to this task.
