Windows 7: Screen colors messed up

Ok, so i've had this problem before but this time i want to handle it myself, so i have these wierd dots on the screen,
Where it used to be white its not pink dots, and where it used to be black, it's green.
i can still use my computer, but it's really annoying.

i tryed to use Acer eRecovery but that didnt work.

Sounds like "dead pixels"! If you take a screenshot, do they show up in there? Unless you're talking *loads* of dots...
