Windows 7 - Windows constantly locked

Hey, recently whenever I open my laptop and try to log on it will tell me I'm using an incorrect password (I'm not). Above the password block it says "Locked." In order to log on I have to click "switch users," which will change the phrase above the password block to "Logged on." I don't have multiple users on the laptop, by the way.

It's not a huge deal, but it's mildly annoying, especially since my windows are all a bit wonky at first after I log in now. I'm using a relatively new Acer laptop. The only thing I've changed recently is enabled my keyboard to type in Russian. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
