    Freeing up Disk space


    Hi guys



    I have disbaled system restore which free alot of space what else can I do to free up disk space?

    Restore does use space but what are you going to do if you have a problem? What else you can do is dependant on your system specs. tell us abt your system

    Run disk clean up
    Disk Cleanup - Open and Use
    uninstall programs you no longer need.

    Enable NTFS compression if your really short of disk space. Assuming your using NTFS file system.

    And of course (if you have enough memory) reduce page file size. thats one reason i waas waiting for specs

I have two Crucial 60 GB SSIDs and one conventional 1TB HD. I try to keep only the essentials on the C drive, but I still sit near capacity.
