    Can I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit system

    Hello Eugene, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    Looking at your specs, your Pentium D 930 CPU is a 64-bit CPU. As long as your other devices have 64-bit drivers available for them, then yes you can use Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. :)

    As long as you have adequate cooling and you havent overclocked it too much you shouldnt have any problems.. I have a dual 3.4 GHz setup that I leave on 24/7 and it never overheats...

    Because I sometimes on the Desktop PC for more than 6 hours & I also multi-task a lot too with a lot of programs running at once...

    Dont worry ... with that little bit of use, it wont even begin to heat up....lol
