Inet.cpl file is being used Error message

Hello All,

I keep getting this error message every now and again and cannot think why it keeps occuring. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE9 but it still appears, can anybody suggest a solution to this?

A malwarescan with Malwarebytes is recommended as well:

Remember to fully update it and run a full scan of the computer..

Thanks for the reply. I used Malwarebytes and did a scan in safe mode with networking and no issues were found, should I do a full scan including both programs and folders.

I have also tried reinstalling Windows 7 but it still appears. Also I originally had Microsoft Security Essentials and uninstalled it to put Kaspersky 2012 on, is that likely to affect it?
