Windows 7: Error Occured - Add License... Error Code 15106

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 32-bit Premium. I'm trying to run a Batch file with several dll's, and I'm getting this error:



Banner: Error Occurred - Add License
Body: Unable to enumerate resources. Error Code: 15106

I have tried to google this, but I haven't gotten any helpful answers. Also, if I even try to register any of the Batch's DLLs manually, I get this error:

Banner: RegSvr32
body: The Module "C:\Bla Bla Bla...." was loaded but the call to "INSERT DLL HERE" failed with error code 0x80028011c.

For more information about this problem, search online using the error code as a search term.
