Patrick,
Delete the Sept 11 program. Delete the adobe flash play.
There is a rather new release of adobe flash player to correct, in you case, several, security issues.
In a second, I'll look at the log and get back to you.

Your log has one peculiarity but this may be harmless.
I've asked some others to take a look at your log.
In the meantime,

I deleted the Sep 11 and adobe flash. The flash that I had though (just deleted) was recently downloaded so I would have thought it would have been the lately.
I did delete my temp folder as you asked, but there was a few folders left over after the delete.
Also, I used CCleaner, and made sure Adobe and Sep 11 was deleted.
Attached in order is:
The left over files from temp down load.
The start up text from CCleaner.
View of install on CCleaner.
| MSCONFIG |ENTER |STARTUP tab
uncheck ALL except for:
MSC "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey
SynTPEnh %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe
OK | RESTART

If you are not using Safari, then uninstall all APPLE software from your computer.
I unchecked all but those two, but should I keep the Intel and HD Audio checked as well?
I do use safari, just not as often as I use my firefox.
Those two, was three files I just double check and is now empty. There's an empty file named "FXSAPIDebugLogFile" wasn't sure if I should delete it as well or if needed for a log somewhere else.
Success! Those pop ups are finally gone.
