Can I install language pack in RTM Home Premium?

I know I can install lanugage packs in Windows 7 Ultimate. But...

I installed Home premium in one of the early versions. I couldnt activate it cause I only had the RC code for Ultimate. I couldnt install language pack then. There was no option in control panel for it. The Red pointer option in the image below did not exist.

I want to install Windows 7 RTM Home Premium now. I wonder...
Can I install Slovenian language pack in Home premium? Can I install it if I dont activate Windows too? Is that possible now? Has someone managed to do it yet?

you can install LP in any version at least if you integrate it in to iso. No idea if there is any other method avilable as well... I made my self custom iso with both slovenian and english language for all x64 and x86 versions (i can have starter in slovenian language if i want :P).

edit: oh you are slovenian, my iso is on partis :)

    edit2: for example

I'm almost sure the change language setting option in the control panel is hidden somewhere in the registry.

I will look for it and post back. (and make tutorial if I find it)

In vista, you could download a tool that installed the LP, but if you used it they would not recommend you to use windows update while the installed language was in use.

    Hi Solor,

Could you make a tutorial on how to slipstream the LP into the ISO, and keeping it bootable?

    Thanks.
