Can I install Windows 7 but keep Vista and Ubuntu?

Basically, I'm a bit bored with Vista and want to install 7. Can I do this whilst keeping Vista and Ubuntu installed in case something goes wrong with the installation. At the moment Vista and Ubuntu share my hard drive and I simply chose which OS to boot on start up.

Being new here could you guys help me out?

    Thanks :)

Do you have Ubuntu Unity or Ubuntu GNOME?
GNOME has a bottom bar and top bar.
Unity has a Launcher on the left, and a Notification bar at the top.

Maybe this is a babyish way of saying this.

Basically the dual boot is what I'm running at the moment with Vista instead of 7. I'm looking to have a triple boot option then, where by I can boot 7, Vista and Ubuntu. Is that possible? Without over writing Vista.

    Ah.

Go to GParted to edit the Vista partition so that you can install 7.
    HDD Space required:10 GB
    HDD Space recomended:25 GB
If you require me to tell you how, it's in System/Administration/GNOME Partition Editor. What is your Vista partition called, and what is your HDD size.

Forgot to say, shrink the Vista partition and the Ubuntu one, to make room for Windows 7.
