I am facing issue like Linings in Pages. Is there any solution for it?

I have MSI 75 motherboard and AMD 3850 (Inbuilt Radeon HD Graphics APU Processor).
I don't have separate graphics card.

I have installed the full Catalyst Control Center on XP's 32-Bit version. But still, problems which I am getting right now, is.

1. Low quality video becomes like more low.
2. This linings problem, most often, when I am selecting the drop-down menus faster or something like, switching from one explorer window to other (using ALT + Tab)

Here is the example screenshot for lining problem :

I also got this error, when I clicked on file upload button in this sevenforums quick reply page, In total, I get this error most often in this new PC.

Are you working on Windows 7 or XP?
The link to AMD returns this: Unable to connect to database. Check database connection information and make sure the database server is running.

Did you try the link I posted? Do that then we can go on. Is this a dual-boot machine and does the issue occur in both OSs?

Yes Sir, Dual boot is there on my PC.
The issue occurs in XP I think, I have not tested Wndows 7 So much.
I will install Windows 7 SP1 - 64 Bit tomorrow.
And only then I will be able to see the total problems, I think.

Because I bought 8 GB RAM, which is not usable in 32 Bit.
I will install the VGA link given you you also, at the same time.

Because At present, I am downloading a Heavy movie of 4.3 GB which will take more than 10 hours. (My internet speed is low - downloading ~60kbps)

Sir, Will Direct X installation also help in video quality improvement?
I have not installed that as well.

Direct X may help, but shouldn't harm anything.

Hi Sir, I installed the VGA on both XP 32 and Win 7-64, but the same quality of video is coming.
If I buy a Graphics card of 256MB, will that be good?
And do I need to change my SMPS for installing that Graphics Card?
CUrrently my SMPS is 500. THe vendor told me that I will require SMPS 800 if I wish to install 1 GB Graphics card in this current PC.
