Need help with windows 7 aero

hey people could anyone help with me the windows aero i cant get it to work,i got a hp envy 14 beats edition laptop, i run windows 7 home premuim 64 bit and my graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 its shittin me

its a new laptop as well

Hi and welcome to the Forum
If you right lick on your desktop and then click "Personalise" can you see the Aero themes?

yer ive done that but it dosnt work i dont have transperant taskbar abd boxes? i dont know why ill send u a pic how it looks? do u have msn messenger? it be easy to talk to u there:)

When you click "Personalize" do you get anything like this;

yes mich i do have that i have selected te aero theme but my task bar is still solid and not transperant its shitty me

But does the Aero Theme you have chosen work? Can you send us a screenshot of your desktop please?
