| | Change SHIFT + Ctrl Key results??? as I often type "sloppily" what happens is that sometimes I hit SHIFT + Ctrl at the same time - this causes I belive some key's to change... specifically, after such an error, I can then no longer use a ? key....as it always thereafter displays a É instead... this happens for me at least in all Office products, and browswer forms...but if I say open up Notebad the ? still works fine... so....does anyone know how to turn off this SHIFT + Ctrl enabler? as this is a real irritant having to totally close everything and reboot... ???
