Major help needed with windows 7 boot problem

    I tried the reapair, including the automatic statup repair, which did not detect any problems. I really don't want to do another clean install

    Because of the way in which some of these sort of programs integrate with important system files and the changes that they make to them, I'm afraid that the safest way would be to do a clean installation.
