    Hello Gabrieldragonro,

Please preform the SFC /SCANNOW command by following option two of this tutorial and include the CBS.log in your next post (generate it by following step three of the same tutorial).

Also, please fill in your system specs by following this tutorial.

Good luck and keep us posted,

ok i figured out the mouse(first time i see this type of mouse compagnie)
now the window pop stop after reset(maybe i did turn it off it just needed to be reset to validated the setting)
now language setting that tricky....cause i can do it usually with out event looking on google but now i did do it right and the box on step 2 don't show up(like wtf) Display Language - Change
i did reset the computer and the weird thing is when i went to download the new language (usually it all ready there) it did a window update and nothing more (weird very weird,it did the right thing but with the wrong place of window)
i din't do the sfc scan cause it usually a waist of time the anti virus usually find the problem way faster

p.s. i got another weird bug at log in my keyboard sometime misplace letter and allway at the same place???now keybord/window/the log in programme/the boot/ now that a hard one...

    Hello Gabrieldragonro,

First off thanks for filling in your system specs, this is very helpful for us. But could you also fill in what security suite you are using?
Do you also use any registry cleaners such as CCleaner?

Hmm, are you logged in as administrator?
Also, a list of all downloadable language packs for Windows 7 can be found here (NOTE: my link is in Dutch because I am Dutch, refresh the page to get it in your language).
Please also provide us with a screenshot of the page described in step two of your tutorial, so that we can see the problem for our self. Upload the screenshot by following this tutorial.

Please do scan your machine with SFC /SCANNOW as described in post #2 and #3. After you did, please post the CBS.log that the scan creates by following step three of this tutorial.

Do note that SFC is NOT an anti virus! System File Checker is a utility that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files. This is something entirely different. Also note that a virus scanner does not do this.
We suggested that you'd run an SFC scan because it seems like something could be wrong with your system files. You could run a million scans with your anti virus that'd all find nothing, while one SFC scan could solve the problem.

For the keyboard, if the lay-out changes you can easily change this by pressing on Shift and Alt at the same time. If that doesn't work, try pressing Shift and Ctrl at the same time.

Good luck and keep us posted,

    Hello Gabrieldragonro,

    1. What security suite are you currently using?
    2. Do you use registry cleaners such as CCleaner?
    3. Are you logged in as administrator when attempting to change the display language?
    4. Please provide the screenshot I asked for in post #5.
    5. Have you performed a scan with SFC? If yes, please attach the cbs.log in your next post. If no, please perform the scan.
    6. Could you also please post a screenshot of the error from the "conflict between hard drive and external hard drive"?

Good luck and keep us posted,
