can some one please help me all of my icons have all turned into windows 7
and i am running on windows 7 + im new

Hi shanem1221

We are going to need a bit more information.Are you saying when you click an icon on the desktop you are getting the open with prompt.If so this may be of help - Default File Type Associations - Restore

Maybe a screenshot would be helpful
