cant boot windows 7 x64 - ci.dll appears corrupt to "startup repair"

Boot Critical File c:\\ci.dll Corrupted in Windows 7 H&S x64
is what startup recovery continously claims - but it isnt (checksum issue?)
f8: safemode - makes it thru like 4-5 drivers the last being CLFS.sys then startup recovery starts.

help
