| | Help! I have lost explorer.exe It does not start up at start-up and I tried Task-manager then tried run and then explorer.exe and it does not work.. I typed chrome and thats how I got here.. How do I restore this.. ? |

| | You might also have been able to restore it this way: Open Task Manager, go to Processes, highlight 'explorer.exe' and click on End Process. Then, go back into Task Manager, and in File section, select New Task (Run). Type explorer.exe (or C:\Windows\explorer.exe) in the Run box (it may be there already). Below the command, it should say: This task will be run with Administrator privileges. Click Okay. |
