Strange language in power settings?

The power options settings in the first option shows a strange language...I dont know exactly what it is. Can anyone explain to me this and how i can change it to normal? It was not like this before. Here is what I am talking about:

Welcome to Seven Forums Dowan.

Very odd indeed. Do you/have you another Language Pack installed? Does this Klingon show up elsewhere?
What is your OS, 64 isn't very descriptive.

Looks to me like a power plan that was added later and isn't one of Windows' default power plans - usually you only have Balanced, Power Saver and High Performance.
You could probably just delete this foreign power plan...I think that's Turkish, btw. I can only guess that some weird software took it upon itself to add this plan...
