    Hi saurav Gautam,

Try enabling the built in Administrators account: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable and resetting your password from there.

It is possible, and there are at least 4 methods I know of that don't require you to have a password reset disc (which I suggest you create after you get through this)

I'm a little fuzzy on the rules regarding making those methods public on this site though as they can be easily abused.
None of the ones that work reliably with windows 7 are very easy though (unless you have the password reset disc handy)
...and it is going to take some reading.
I suggest pursuing the reset method instead of the recovery methods hopefully that will assist you in any further google searches you may make.

Sorry I can't be of more help to you but like I said I'm not certain of our site's policy on this kind of thing.

edit: severedsolo's method will get you access to the machine again, unless you are in fact using the admin account and not a user account with admin privilege.

I think that is about as far as I can go in helping you with this. If it is actually your machine and you have physical access to it there are ways to get in.

If it's someone elses machine they will likely know you did it though. Just keep that in mind.

We need to have admin password to Enable or Disable the Windows 7 Built-in Administrator Account.. Or can we enable and disable form limited account also???

The only alternative would be to drastically lock down the entire system. Bitlocker is always an option if you are more concerned about security than performance.

Cracking it is far more difficult, near impossible without specialized software and the know how to use it.
