Windows 7: Explorer Jumplist is basically empty...

Explorer Jumplist is basically empty...

So... my Windows Explorer's jumplist seems to be broken. The following screenshot should explain it better. The only option is "Close Window". That's right, I can't even pin/unpin the damn thing.....

You could see if resetting them helps - Jump Lists - Reset and Clear All Items
