java problems

    java problems


    i am trying to open a game it opens in lower detail settings, when i try to go high detail i get a text file on my desktop hs_err_pid(numbers)

    i have graphics updates i have the java updates, it worked untill i had to restart my comp.

    no, i had installed CCC update i removed it though to see if it made a differance and it didnt.

    Try a system restore to see if that works.

    didnt help doing a system restore, tried to remove java, and display drivers and reinstall.

    i have an ASUS EAH 3870 X2 (asus version of ATI 3870x2) dont know if that helps at all.

    restore did not work, but instead of having an error, it jsut says it can not run high detail mode. does not give any resoning though.

    well i tried a reformat, now when i open it on standard it tells me i need to upgrade drivers (done) do windows updates (done) or my pc cant handle it (far exceeds the reqs) maybe its a problem from there end. seems my driver has gone on 100% properly.

    Perhaps it's a driver issue. you might need to wait for a new version. Try running the game in compatibility mode too.

    yeah im just running it in low detail until some 1 can figure something out. it had worked i just dont know why itdoesnt now.
