Windows 7 Running Great! Just a few Qs however...

I just finished installing windows 7 on my newly built machine, and I am very happy with what I am seeing! It is definitely not just another vista and I am finding more and more features that are truly impressing me.

here are some quick comp specs...

Intel Core 2 Extreme (quad core...mmm) at 2.66 GHZ
Nvidia nForce 680i SLI SSP-motherboard chipset
    4 gigs of Corsair DDR2-memory
    Nvidia 8800 GTX-gfx card

I also ran the WEI to see how my system stands up. I never ran a WEI when it had vista on it, but that was only for a few short days...

    here it is....

Is it just me, or is a 3.3 pretty low for gaming graphics? Or is my 8800 already that out of date , lol. I am going to install some games tomorrow and see how they perform for the real test.

I also have one more quick Q! I cannot figure out how to get Aero Shake to work! I shake the windows, but nothing happens! Do I have to enable it somehow?

    Thanks!

Areo shake needs lots of windows open and when you shake the window at the front all the others get minimized and as far as you card score that doesn't seem right at all, have you installed and of the latest drivers or is that one that was installed during setup?

See Advanced System Settings under System Properties and tick all the boxes you require.

    Too quick Mr Grim

Well, I installed the latest drivers manually this time for my graphics card, and got much better results!!

I still can't get Aero Shake to work, even with the tips! I can't figure it out!!
