Windows 7 x64 Services Script

Sry kinda a noob my first attempt at scripting trying to create a simple .bat file to help me set up my services tired of always having to go to blackvipers site and do it manually anyhow I know this isnt complete haven't figured out the delayed start yet or taken out the not installed ones its a work in progress. I have however randomly tried one in a seperate bat to see if it worked or not like windows update tried to set to manual instead of auto didnt work for several tries then at some point switched to disabled instead of manual. I have gotten services such as adobe's and vmware etc to work this way. I've browsed google for awhile now couldnt find what I was looking for so any help or answers on what i'm doing wrong would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Certain processes and services are protected under UAC.
It's likely why you were having trouble altering the update service.

I use "sc config" not "net config".
"net config /?" produces this

The syntax of this command is:
NET CONFIG
[SERVER | WORKSTATION]

Try "sc config /?" at the command prompt
The line that intrest you would be "start= <boot|system|auto|demand|disabled|delayed-auto>"

The not installed ones are not really necessary to remove, it will just give the following error and continue.

[SC] OpenService FAILED 1060:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
