Kernel Event Tracing Error

Can't seem to find anything releated to this event error "Kernel Event Tracing Error". I have this on a new PC and it bothers me. The eveint ID is #2.

We'll need a bit more info. Where/when does this error occur? Can you locate it in the Event Viewer? How about in the Action Center?
