Hello shico90 and welcome to Seven Forums.

How long have you had this problem? If just a short while you might see if you have a Restore Point to return your machine to a date/time prior to when the problem began.

    System Restore

You could also double check your advanced power plan settings in addition to the basic settings.

The "do nothing" power options for lid closing only stop the laptop from turning off or going to sleep. They don't have anything to do with the display back light turning off when you close the lid. Closing the lid trips a micro switch which turns the back light off. When you open the lid again the same switch should trigger the back light to come back on again. There should also be a hot key to turn it on and off. Usually the Fn and one of the F keys. If that works it will save you from having to reboot. have you been messing around with the display or hinges?

No, I didn't miss with it at all. It was going like you said. but couple of days ago it stopped turning on. I tried all the F keys with the Fn key but nothing works

So it doesn't turn on at all now? If thats the case then it could be one of several things. The back light may have failed, a wire going to it through the hing may have broken, or the micro switch is stuck in the lid closed position. That or you have somehow switched the video to the external monitor jack.
