How do I Restore Changed Default Fonts?

after installing a program , i got this problem in some programs
biger fonts and larger area
I test some way's.
e.g

Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance.. window color and appearance.

But My Problem Is Still Alive!
i put some screen shots of this:




BUT I SEE SOME PROGRAMS STILL FINE
LOOK LIKE THIS:
