NDS Tray.exe - application error

just bought a laptop and it has come with everything loaded so was doing the usually setup on starting up of computer and everything seemed to be going fine until an error message saying
NDS Tray.exe - application error
0x0000000076D336EA Required data was not placed into memory because of an I/0 error Status of 0x000000e

So it had to restart and it goes to load windows but keep getting message saying reboot..

I looked into BIOS and it shows the HDD/SSD as not present

Any ideas guys before I contact the company....Thought to save sending it back and having to wait I may be able to sort it out myself if its not something too serious...I await your replies ..thanks
