VBS Minimise Help

I am not good with VBS at all but found the below code online.

Using a batch file i want to start an mp3 minimised but couldn't find a way to do it at all but then came across the below VBScript.

        Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
        Set Shell = WScript.CreateObject("Shell.Application")

music = "path to mp3"

        WshShell.Run "wmplayer """ & music & """"

WScript.Sleep 100

However Shell.MinimizeAll minimizes everything as the command suggests... but, how do i change this to ONLY minimise Windows Media Player keeping the batch file (DOS Window) as the main focus (on top of all other windows?)

If you know of an easier/better way of achieving this task it would be much appreciated.
