I can't change the brightness (not fn keys)

Toshiba Laptop Satellite L755, Windows 7 Home... 32bit. And NO I am not talking about the Fn keys (They work fine). I went to eco settings and lowered brightness to no avail. I have restarted my computer after doing so and still no dice. It "says" (via bar) that it's dimmer but it's obvious that it's not. Please help... my eyes are burning...

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
I have a different laptop and if I go to Control Panel > Power Options I have a slider at the bottom to control that.

Although the functionality is available in win7, to work it must be supported by the hardware. many manufacturers provide their own customised Mobility centre items or options. check with the manufacturer's site for a download if one is available, unfortunately there is no guaranty that Toshiba will provide this, though I would be suprised if they did not for a win7 compliant laptop

Your laptop probably has an integrated graphics card.
